The 2022 spring weather was cold and snowy in Yellowstone National Park so the Beryl Springs Grizzly Bear came out of hibernation later than usual. Most of the time when she has new cubs of the year, (COY), she appears from her long winters nap the first few days of May. This year she showed up on the 11th of May with twins. One of the twins had a blond face and ears, the other had the blond face but brown ears. They were adorable hopping from rock to rock fallowing their mother.
