I had hiked up the Hidden Lake trail in Glacier National Park, there were several mountain goats in the area including this large billy. I followed him for seven hours trying to stay up hill for hopefully a scenic photograph. I was just getting ready to head back down the mountain when the goat stepped out onto the ledge of the overlook and posed in this stunning setting.
