This is wolf 1270-M of the Wapiti Lake Pack. He was overlooking the Gardiner River where his siblings were dinning on a fresh meal. The ravens are a sure sign there is something to eat. Each raven can eat and stash four pounds of meat per day. With 30 to 50 ravens on location they can remove hundreds of pounds of meat every day. Some speculate the wolves “Wolf Down” their meal because if left to long the ravens will clean it up completely.
