A spring snow storm had once again covered the mountain top in a white blanket. Clouds still lingered at the 10,915-foot summit. A pair of swans had returned to Paradise Valley for the summer.
The town of Emigrant, population 373, of which I am one, lies halfway between Livingston, MT and Gardiner, MT, the north entrance to Yellowstone National Park.
